Transitioning from the role of Account Services Manager, Julie Shutley will assume the position of Vice President to lead account service and client relations, facilitate new business and provide strategic crisis communications consultation. Since joining the Agency in 2009, Julie has helped manage public relations campaigns for authors, educational institutions, pastors, corporations, non-profits, and ministries, and worked alongside the leadership team to provide individualized crisis communications plans for clients.
ALRC is honored to welcome Jamie Bowers as Agency Vice President, leveraging more than two decades of expertise in strategic communications, spokesperson training and crisis mitigation. Prior to two stints as a Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives and communications leadership for an influential pro-life think tank Jamie‘s background includes extensive experience in Christian radio and major market television news.
Having served the Agency for 11 years, most recently as a Senior Account Executive, Heidi McDow has stepped forward to champion the growth of ALRC’s robust digital department, representing more than 25 percent of our business, enabling clients' to more efficiently and effectively reach targeted audiences through online platforms. As Digital Manager, Heidi will draw upon her many years of career experience in leading both earned and digital media communications efforts., enabling clients to. Her broad understanding of both sides gives her an acute understanding of what it takes for our clients to more efficiently and effectively reach targeted audiences with their mission and messages through online platforms.
Following four years as ALRC Accountant for the Agency, CPA Jennifer Gebo has assumed the position of Comptroller. In addition to her responsibilities for billing and bookkeeping, she will manage human resources and provide operational oversight for ALRC, including proposal budgeting, forecast projections and contracts.
Following her rapid and well-deserved advancement from Account Coordinator to Account Specialist, Lauren Briggs has been promoted to the position of Account Executive. Since joining the Agency in February of 2022, she has quickly earned the trust and admiration of both her colleagues and clients.
