Victoria Johnson

Account Coordinator

Victoria Johnson first worked for ALRC as an intern before being promoted to an Account Coordinator role in July 2023. Victoria graduated from Baylor University with a Master’s in Public Relations in the spring of 2024, and has a passion for missions and experience in crisis communications. She has served a wide range of clients, including authors, international non-profits and Washington, D.C.-based advocacy organizations. 

Her worldview was radically changed and enlarged in 2021 through Adventure in Mission’s World Race, an 11-month missions program that took Victoria to Central America, Eastern Europe and Southern Africa. Prior to this experience, Victoria operated her own business in real estate for more than five years, while also working in film & television and Christian radio. 

Victoria’s passion for ministry, writing and connecting with people is what drew her to a career at ALRC, where she partners with world changers to be seen, heard and known at the intersection of faith and culture. In her free time, Victoria loves serving in missions to Mexico alongside her husband, Kenny.
